Processing & Production Time
Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order clothing and custom items require 1–2 business days for production.
Production begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping will begin after manufacturing is completed.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Once your item has been produced, it will be packaged and shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Product may arrive sooner than expected delivery time.
Returns & Store Credit Policy
We do not offer refunds.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit only under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code sent to your email.
Store credit:

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be transferred.

Can be used toward any future purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.
